This Legal Policy governs the use of the Sangat mobile application and web portal (collectively referred to as "Platform"). The Sangat app and web portal are owned and operated by Grow With Design, a company registered in Pune, India.

3. Subscriptions

Our Platform offers subscription plans that grant users access to all features available on both the mobile app and the web portal. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms of the plan selected and the fees associated with it. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis, as per the plan chosen.

4. No Refund Policy

Please note that all subscription fees and payments made on our Platform are non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances. We encourage you to review the features and benefits of our subscriptions carefully before making a purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software on the Platform, is the property of Grow With Design and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this content is strictly prohibited.

6. User Responsibilities

By using our Platform, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the Platform.

This Legal Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, India.
