As the user of Sangat™ mobile app or web portal, you agree and accept that Sangat™ or any entity associated with Sangat™ is not responsible to issue any refunds to you. For any subscriptions you buy on Sangat™ mobile app or web portal, if you choose to stop making further payments, you can enjoy premium features until the last date of the current subscription period.

1. No Refunds


We strictly follows a no-refund policy for all purchases made on the Sangat™ mobile application and web portal. This applies to all subscription plans and any other payments made through our Platform.

2. Non-Refundable Payments


All payments, including subscription fees, are non-refundable once processed. Users are encouraged to thoroughly review the subscription features and ensure they meet their needs before making a purchase.

3. Subscription Non-Renewal


Users cannot cancel their subscriptions during the active period. However, they may choose not to renew their subscriptions once the current billing period ends. By opting not to renew, users will avoid future charges and lose access to the Platform's premium features at the end of the current subscription period.

4. Exceptional Circumstances


In the rare event of a technical issue or billing error on our end, please contact us at hello@sangatapp.com. We will review the situation and may, at our sole discretion, offer a solution.

Grow With Design reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
